Learning the craft.
Building the work.

I’m Dylan, a 17-year-old aspiring tattoo artist from Leicester. What started as drawing and designing for fun has become something I want to pursue seriously, and I’m now looking for the right studio apprenticeship.

About Dylan

Serious about
starting properly.

I’m 17 and based in Leicester. I first started creating tattoo designs for fun, but the more I drew and practised, the more certain I became that this is the career I want to build.

I’m developing my foundations through drawing, digital design and practice on fake skin. I’m particularly drawn to bold blackwork, illustrative detail and darker subject matter, while staying open to learning different styles and techniques.

I’m looking for a supportive, professional studio where I can learn every part of the craft properly: hygiene and setup, drawing for the body, machine control, client care and the day-to-day work that goes into becoming a dependable tattoo artist.

I’m open to honest feedback, ready to learn and committed to putting in the time. If a Leicester or nearby studio is willing to offer guidance or discuss an apprenticeship, I’d be grateful to hear from you.
